Sunday Operations Staff (Part-time)
Redeemer Downtown is currently hiring Operations Staff for our Sunday services. Workers must be able to carry at least 25 lbs and display a good work ethic within a team dynamic. Sunday shift is approximately 7:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (approx. ending time). Additional hours available as needed. Music equipment knowledge, or ability to learn music equipment / tech preferred. Sunday Children's Ministry Staff (Part-time, working on Sunday)
The Sunday Children’s Ministry Staff create a gospel-centered, loving environment for families and children of Redeemer Downtown by teaching nursery/preschool classes which meet each week on Sunday mornings at The Salvation Army Executive Building. Lincoln Square

Sunday Morning Teacher (Part-time)
The Redeemer Lincoln Square (LSQ) Sunday Morning Teacher plays a key role in the spiritual formation of children from 25 months old through 5th grade at LSQ. This role involves implementing gospel-centered curriculum, creating engaging and age-appropriate classroom environments and helping children grow in their understanding of God’s love. Sunday Morning Nursery Worker (Part-time)
The Redeemer Lincoln Square (LSQ) Sunday Morning Nursery Worker provides a safe, caring and peaceful environment for the youngest members of LSQ—from infants to 24 months old at the West Side YMCA. This role is essential in helping parents worship with peace of mind, knowing their children are cared for in a loving and secure setting. Sunday Operations Team Member (Part-time)
Sunday Operations Team Members provide a safe, efficient worship experience for Redeemer LSQ’s Sunday services. They assist the Operations Coordinator in setting up equipment, furniture and signage, completing delegated tasks, and proactively finding solutions to problems. Spiritual Formation Manager (Full-time)
The Spiritual Formation Manager plays a vital role in nurturing the spiritual growth of Redeemer West Side's congregation. By partnering closely with pastoral directors and lay leaders, this position plans, manages, and hosts engaging spiritual formation programs that guide congregants from exploring Christianity to living out a mature, flourishing faith. This tactical and administrative role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and strong interpersonal abilities to deliver formation events, conferences, and other initiatives. This position collaborates with other teams and staff, such as communications, W83 operations, scheduling, and volunteer recruiting. Children’s Ministry Sunday Staff (Part-time)
Providing a safe, fun, gospel-centered environment for children ages 0 through preschool age during worship services on Sunday mornings. Elementary Sunday School Teacher (Part-time)
The Elementary Sunday School Teacher works under the Elementary Manager and Children’s Ministry Director to teach our elementary students grades K-6 on Sunday mornings during the services on Sundays from 8:30am-1:00pm (time in between services) and may include up to 2 hours of prep during the week. All lesson plans are provided by the Elementary Manager. Hope for New York is Redeemer's partner for mercy & justice outreach to NYC and a separate 501(c)3 non-profit.

Manager, Volunteer Programs (Full-time) HFNY seeks a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for growing our volunteer mobilization efforts to support the work of our affiliates. This role engages with HFNY’s 70+ nonprofit partners to support the design and development of robust, meaningful, and well-structured volunteer opportunities. This role will also work closely with the Mobilization Team, Program Team, volunteers, and external partners to advance volunteer recruitment and engagement efforts and report on volunteer mobilization and satisfaction, with a goal of growing our volunteer network by at least 10% annually. Marriage and Family Counselor (Part-time)
Redeemer Counseling Services (RCS) seeks a Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor/Therapist or Biblical Counselor with couples counseling experience. We are looking for a therapist who is highly motivated to learn our unique framework for integration of theology in psychotherapy and apply the framework in practice. The therapist will provide counseling sessions for couples, families and individuals. They must have a strong interest in integration of theology in psychotherapy and be an active member of an evangelical church. Redeemer City to City 

NYC Office and Latino Network Assistant (Part-time)
This role creates a generous, hospitable, and generative environment for the new CTC NYC office and training space on E 91st Street. This person assists in event functions for the NY team, including but not limited to receiving guests warmly, resolving issues related to co-working and training spaces, managing food delivery, beverages, and managing event calendars. This role supports the execution of NYC Spanish church planting training programs and ecosystem initiatives. This role will require flexibility in supporting both the Latino Network and office hospitality functions. Responsibilities will fluctuate depending on the growing network's needs, program schedules, and office events. Some weeks may require more time spent supporting the Latino Network, while other weeks may focus more on office hospitality and event coordination.
