Sunday Children's Ministry Staff (Part-time, working on Sunday)
The Sunday Children’s Ministry Staff create a gospel-centered, loving environment for families and children of Redeemer Downtown by teaching nursery/preschool classes which meet each week on Sunday mornings at The Salvation Army Executive Building. Facilities and Operations Associate (Part-time)

The Discipleship Senior Coordinator will provide logistical and administrative support to the discipleship department at Redeemer Lincoln Square (LSQ). This role will be responsible for tasks and projects related to office management, event planning, data management, recruitment and pastoral care. This position is highly tactical and administrative in nature, but also people-intensive. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, proactive problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential. Sunday Morning Teacher (Part-time)
The Redeemer Lincoln Square (LSQ) Sunday Morning Teacher plays a key role in the spiritual formation of children from 25 months old through 5th grade at LSQ. This role involves implementing gospel-centered curriculum, creating engaging and age-appropriate classroom environments and helping children grow in their understanding of God’s love. Teachers are expected to attend at least one curriculum training led by LSQ staff, lead with energy and care and partner with parents in the discipleship of their children. Director of Youth Ministry (Full-time)
The director of West Side (WS) Youth is a key leader at Redeemer West Side, overseeing West Side Youth Ministry and providing discipleship opportunities for High School and Middle School students and parents. This person works closely with the Sr. Director for Families and other pastoral team members on pastoral care efforts. The director develops the church's future ministries for families, adapted to the distinctive center-city life. Development Director (Full-time)
Working closely with the Director of Counseling the Development Director is responsible for leading and managing the development functions with an emphasis on major gifts and foundation giving. This person will lead and develop moves management strategy, primarily working with current and potential mega/major investors and partners. The Development Director will provide thought leadership to major and mega fund development, institutional foundation grants, and partnership strategy on key initiatives. NYC Office and Latino Network Assistant (Part-time)
This role creates a generous, hospitable, and generative environment for the new CTC NYC office and training space on E 91st Street. This person assists in event functions for the NY team, including but not limited to receiving guests warmly, resolving issues related to co-working and training spaces, managing food delivery, beverages, and managing event calendars. This role supports the execution of NYC Spanish church planting training programs and ecosystem initiatives. This role will require flexibility in supporting both the Latino Network and office hospitality functions. Responsibilities will fluctuate depending on the growing network's needs, program schedules, and office events.
