Gospel Identity Conference
November 17-18, 2017
In this two-day special event, Pastor Tim Keller will explore the differences between modern identities and a gospel identity, and the practices that grow a gospel identity. We will also explore the alternative, often hidden identities that may be shaping our lives. We’ll learn how grace enables radical forgiveness and immense trust, and how Christ’s work is one that reorders what we love and deepens who we are. All Redeemer churches will join together to focus on spiritual formation, practices, and calling. In addition to extensive teaching and Q and A with Keller, the weekend will include worship, breakouts, and practical tools to help foster our growth as disciples of Christ.
This is the first of three marquee events to bring together all Redeemer congregations and ministries to focus on formation, practices, and callings. They will include teaching, worship, breakouts, and practical tools to help foster growth as a disciple. Save the date for the future conferences listed below.

What is this conference all about?
Formation Conference: Formed by the Gospel is a two-day event with teaching from pastor Tim Keller to explore how a Christian identity can be understood, embodied, and galvanized to serve those around us. The conference will also explore the alternative, often hidden identities that may be shaping our lives. Participants will learn how grace enables radical forgiveness and immense trust, and how Christ’s work is one that reorders what we love and deepens who we are. In addition to extensive teaching and Q&A with Keller, the weekend will include worship, breakouts, and practical tools to help foster our growth as disciples of Christ.
Who should attend the Gospel Identity Conference?
All Redeemer churches will join together for the first of three conferences this ministry year to focus on spiritual formation: practices, community and calling. We encourage all Redeemer attendees to participate in this exciting weekend.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refunds minus a 10% cancellation fee will be provided until October 20. Refunds of 50% of the registration fee will be offered between October 21-November 7. After November 7th, no refunds will be issued. To request a cancellation please contact [email protected]
Is it possible to attend for one day of the conference?
Attending the Gospel Identity for one day with a decreased registration rate is not possible. The weekend is a cumulative event so we suggest attendees participate fully in the weekend.
When is the conference?
On Friday, November 17, doors will open at 6:30PM with programming beginning at 7:00PM and ending at 9:00PM.
On Saturday, November 18, doors will open at 9:00AM with programming beginning at 10:00AM and ending for the day at 4:30PM.
Will meals be provided?
Meal scheduling TBA.

The conference will be held at The Salvation Army Auditorium: 120 West 14th Street, New York, NY 10011 between 6th and 7th Avenues. Convenient subway lines include the 1, 2, 3, F ,M, L, 4, ,5, 6, N, Q, R, W, A, C, E.

Would you like to be considered for a volunteer role?
Volunteers play an integral role in bringing cohesion, quality and gospel focus to our conference. In other words, we cannot successfully execute our conference and serve our constituents without the help of volunteers. Our volunteers help set the tone as they set-up the space for conference programs, interface with conference attendees and are present to support the Redeemer team. We ask that our volunteers be faithfully present, flexible and ready to serve during the conference weekend.

Formation is a Redeemer initiative that equips you with practices to grow as a disciple of Christ.
Throughout 2017-2018, we are weaving Formation into Redeemer ministry contexts and offerings.
