Communications Manager (Full-time) 

Redeemer Downtown seeks a creative, strategic, and motivated individual to develop, create, implement and manage original content. The Communications Manager will work with the Ministry Director to create and execute communications and media strategy for the web, social, and print. The Manager will ensure communication consistently conveys Redeemer Downtown’s brand and mission to internal and external audiences. The Downtown nursery is hiring staff for Sunday mornings. East Side

Children’s Ministry Administrative Coordinator (Full-time)

The East Side Children’s Ministry Administrative Coordinator will own and execute ministry logistics, communication and data management for Sunday school and other ministry events.  Through attention to detail and proactive problem solving, the coordinator will support the ESCM staff in achieving it’s ministry goal to grow children in their knowledge and love of Christ. East Side Event Planner (Part-time, On-call)

We seek to hire a talented, detailed person that finds satisfaction executing successful events across multiple departments seasonally. The role will require 16-18 hours monthly, which will take place seasonally throughout the year. The purpose of the role is to provide logistical support for rotating Redeemer East Side (ES) events–New Leader Basics (Community Group Team), Cultivate (Community Group Team), Retreats (Community Group or Leadership Team), Members Collective (Membership Team), Formation Neighborhood Pathway (ES Neighborhoods Team). Community Group Intern (Part-time, 20 hours/week, 1 year engagement) 

Redeemer East Side seeks an individual considering a career in vocational ministry to assist in the oversight of Community Groups and Beta Groups starting summer 2018 for a one-year term. Applicants should possess a passion for fostering community and have experience both leading and raising other leaders. Elementary & Volunteer Coordinator (Full-time)     

The East Side Elementary and Volunteer Coordinator oversees the Elementary ministry for Redeemer East Side. This includes programming, curriculum, and events for elementary age children. This person also owns volunteer recruitment and volunteer culture building for the East Side Children’s ministry as a whole. This person will work alongside the Children’s Ministry Director to lead a ministry that is Gospel centered, age appropriate, and fits in with the overall vision of Redeemer Children’s Ministry and Redeemer at large. Youth Ministry Manager – East Side (Full-time) 

The East Side Youth Ministry (YM) Manager will lead the pastoral care and development of the youth community of Redeemer East Side. The manager will collaborate with the Children’s Ministry (CM) director in ministry initiatives to serve the Redeemer East Side’s parents and children, particularly those who are making the transition from CM to YM, and to build a more comprehensive ministry to East Side families with children. The manager will also participate in key youth events and retreats. The YM manager will be part of the East Side Ministry Team and supervise the YM intern(s). Mustard Seeds Special Needs Teacher and Coordinator (Part-time, 8 hours/ week)
Redeemer Eastside Children’s Ministry is looking to hire a part-time co-teacher for the small but growing program for children with special needs in the Eastside Congregation. Mustard Seeds is a special needs ministry for children whose families attend the Eastside morning service.  These children learn best in a small classroom environment with a high level of adult support and a curriculum adapted to their learning needs and styles.  The children benefit from a multi-sensory teaching approach and attention paid to their individual abilities. The position will be on an hourly basis for four (8) hours each week.  The employee will be expected to spend the hours of 10 am to 12 pm at Redeemer’s eastside morning service and at least two hours on preparation and outreach to the Mustard Seeds families. Job description here. Qualified candidates please send resume to [email protected] 

Children's Ministry Greeter (Part-time, 4 hours/week)
The East Side Elementary Coordinator is in need of an organized, responsible, relational individual who enjoys serving others and works well with a team. The greeter assists the coordinator with all aspects of setting up the 2nd floor before and after the morning service. The role requires strong people skills and an administrative mindset. Part-time. West Side

LSQ, Children’s Ministry Seasonal Nursery Staff (Seasonal, Part-time, 3-4 hours on Sundays)

Community Group Director—West Side (Full-time)

This position is open to men and women, ordained or non-ordained. The position oversees Community Groups, Leaders, and Leader-Coaches. The director has responsibility for providing pastoral care, biblical counseling, and spiritual oversight of all assigned groups, as well as responsibility for the training of leaders and ongoing multiplication of leaders and groups. Each director will also be responsible for directing specific congregational ministry areas assigned to him/her. Part Time Special Needs Teacher Needed (Part-time, Sunday, 2 hours/ week)

Redeemer Westside Children’s Ministry is looking to hire a part-time teacher for one to two individuals who need a one-on-one buddy during class time at the 11:30 service. These children need a grown-up who is attentive to their unique needs, and who is patient as they learn about Jesus. For the majority of the class time, these children will be in a small classroom environment, as well as spend time in a larger classroom setting for worship and praise time.  The children benefit from a multi-sensory teaching approach and attention paid to their individual abilities. The position will be on an hourly basis for two hours each week.  This is a great opportunity for someone who attends the 9:30am or 5:00pm service and is looking to get involved in Children's Ministry at a staff level.
