We are praying that God would work through Redeemer and many other churches in the city to triple the number of Christians in center city New York by 2026. Downtown

Sunday Children's Ministry Staff
The Downtown nursery is hiring staff for Sunday mornings. We are seeking candidates who possess love working with children, are comfortable interacting with parents and have experience doing both.  Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Please send resume to [email protected] Please make it attention to Karen Dolan.


East Side

Mustard Seeds Special Needs Teacher and Coordinator (Part-time, 8 hours/week)
Redeemer Eastside Children’s Ministry is looking to hire a part-time co-teacher for the small but growing program for children with special needs in the Eastside Congregation. Mustard Seeds is a special needs ministry for children whose families attend the Eastside morning service.  These children learn best in a small classroom environment with a high level of adult support and a curriculum adapted to their learning needs and styles.  The children benefit from a multi-sensory teaching approach and attention paid to their individual abilities. The position will be on an hourly basis for four (8) hours each week.  The employee will be expected to spend the hours of 10 am to 12 pm at Redeemer’s eastside morning service and at least two hours on preparation and outreach to the Mustard Seeds families. Job description here. Qualified candidates please send resume to [email protected] 

Children's Ministry Greeter (Part-time, 4 hours/week)
The East Side Elementary Coordinator is in need of an organized, responsible, relational individual who enjoys serving others and works well with a team. The greeter assists the coordinator with all aspects of setting up the 2nd floor before and after the morning service. The role requires strong people skills and an administrative mindset. Part-time. ES Sunday Nursery Staff (Part-time)
The East Side nursery is hiring staff for Sunday mornings. We are seeking candidates who love caring for babies and toddlers, are comfortable interacting with parents, have experience with children, and have a foundational relationship with Christ. Lincoln Square

LSQ, Nursery Staff (Part-time, Must be available on Sundays from 9:15 a.m. to 12:15 a.m., or until 1:00 p.m. on Sundays where a Q&R is taking place after service.)
Providing a safe, fun, gospel-centered environment for children 3 & under during worship service on Sunday mornings. LSQ, Children’s Ministry Seasonal Nursery Staff (Seasonal, Part-time, 3-4 hours on Sundays)

West Side

West Side, Nursery Coordinator (Part-time) 
The West Side Nursery Coordinator supervises and coordinates staffing, volunteers, programming and curriculum for all nursery services at Redeemer West Side. This person will work alongside the Children’s Ministry Director to lead a nursery ministry and other CM events that are Gospel centered, age appropriate, and fits in with the overall vision of Redeemer Children’s Ministry and Redeemer at large. West Side, Part Time Special Needs Teacher Needed (Part-time, Sunday, 2 hours/ week)
Redeemer Westside Children’s Ministry is looking to hire a part-time teacher for one to two individuals who need a one-on-one buddy during class time at the 11:30 a.m. service. These children need a grown-up who is attentive to their unique needs, and who is patient as they learn about Jesus. For the majority of the class time, these children will be in a small classroom environment, as well as spend time in a larger classroom setting for worship and praise time. The children benefit from a multi-sensory teaching approach and attention paid to their individual abilities. The position will be on an hourly basis for two hours each week. This is a great opportunity for someone who attends the 9:30 a.m. or 5 p.m. service and is looking to get involved in Children's Ministry at a staff level. Hope for New York

Hope for New York is Redeemer's partner for mercy & justice outreach to NYC and a separate 501(c)3 non-profit.

Manager of Volunteer Initiatives (Full-time)
The Manager of Volunteer Initiatives mobilizes volunteers from HFNY partner churches to serve nonprofit affiliates throughout NYC. The Volunteer Initiatives Team works closely with the Church and Community Engagement team to implement strategy for and engagement with HFNY’s partner churches to recruit volunteers and develop leaders to serve. They also work closely with the Affiliate Development team to develop volunteer programs and match volunteer resources with the needs of the affiliates. Job Description
