The Downtown nursery is hiring staff for Sunday mornings. East Side

Ministry Manager (East Harlem, Part-time) 

The Redeemer East Harlem Ministry Manager (MM) will oversee the various ministry and volunteer needs of the church. The MM will assist in managing worship service teams each Sunday. This position will recruit, train, lead and shepherd a team of Sunday Service Team volunteers, as well as any special events. Additionally, the MM will work closely with the Site Pastor to establish, maintain, and oversee ministry budgeting. Due to this nature of REH being a church plant, this role will require the establishment and development of processes and structures that do not yet exist. Job Description. Please send resume to [email protected]

Children’s Ministry Manager, Redeemer East Harlem (Part-Time)
Direct and oversee the Children Ministry of the Redeemer East Harlem (REH) congregation. This includes managing volunteers, program and events, and meeting with families. A brief, temporary training period may be required.  Job Description. Please send resume to [email protected] 

Nursery Greeter (Part-time, 4 hours/week)
The East Side Nursery & PreK Coordinator is in need of an organized, responsible, relational individual who enjoys serving others and works well with a team. The greeter assists the coordinator with all aspects of setting up the 4th floor before and after the morning services. The role requires strong people skills and an administrative mindset. East Side Sunday Nursery Staff (Part-time)
The East Side nursery is hiring staff for Sunday mornings. We are seeking candidates who love caring for babies and toddlers, are comfortable interacting with parents, have experience with children, and have a foundational relationship with Christ. Youth Ministry Director (Full-time)
The Youth Ministry Director is a key leader in building a growing, flourishing community of youth, volunteers, visitors, and families. This individual supervises the Youth Ministry staff and volunteer team to equip Christian students to mature in their faith while attracting seekers and skeptics. Special Needs Teacher Needed (Part-time, Sunday, 2 hours/ week)
Redeemer West Side Children’s Ministry is looking to hire a part-time teacher for one to two individuals who need a one-on-one buddy during class time at the 11:30 a.m. service. These children need a grown-up who is attentive to their unique needs, and who is patient as they learn about Jesus. For the majority of the class time, these children will be in a small classroom environment, as well as spend time in a larger classroom setting for worship and praise time. The children benefit from a multi-sensory teaching approach and attention paid to their individual abilities. The position will be on an hourly basis for two hours each week. This is a great opportunity for someone who attends the 9:30 a.m. or 5 p.m. service and is looking to get involved in Children's Ministry at a staff level. NYC Programs Coordinator (Full-time) 

The Coordinator will provide support for several NYC programs that develop leaders to serve the
gospel movement in NYC. The coordinator will undertake a variety of administrative and program management
tasks. The position holder will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out
important operational duties. The Coordinator will assist in recruitment, oversee program schedules, and maintain

Advancement and Communications Coordinator (Full-time)
The Advancement and Communications Coordinator will be a humble, hungry and smart leader who will play a central role in building momentum to a complicated and ambitious 10-year strategy. In partnership with the Executive Director, s/he will be a donor-centric professional who will be a significant player in the design of the strategy, systems, and processes needed to ensure that fundraising and related events are carried out to meet the goals of the New York Project. Job Description

Grant Writer (Contractor)
Redeemer City to City’s New York Project seeks a grant writing consultant to serve the Executive Director of the New York Project. The New York Project is a joint venture with Redeemer Churches and Ministries for the flourishing of New York City through new churches, new leaders and new buildings.

The work is seasonal dependent on when grant proposals are required to be submitted. We are looking for someone who is competent with messaging and vision casting. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills as it relates to specific foundations and philanthropic priorities and experience writing grants and donor reports. Job Description
