The Downtown nursery is hiring staff for Sunday mornings. East Side

East Side, Pastoral Resident (Full-time) Application Deadline: June 3, 2019
This role has the responsibility for pastoral oversight of 10+ Community Groups, as well as shared pastoral oversight of the East Side congregation. This role also includes ministry learning opportunities through cohort development and engagement with the launch of the East Harlem site plant. This role is highly collaborative and team-oriented. Responsibilities include working with other pastors, CG Directors, and the Session on missional leader development, worship leading, community formation, study writing and curricula, and pastoral care issues; and maintaining visible presence at worship services and congregational events along with pastoral duties. Mustard Seeds Special Needs Teacher and Coordinator (Part-time, 8 hours/week)
Redeemer Eastside Children’s Ministry is looking to hire a part-time co-teacher for the small but growing program for children with special needs in the Eastside Congregation. These children learn best in a small classroom environment with a high level of adult support and a curriculum adapted to their learning needs and styles. The position will be on an hourly basis for four (8) hours each week.  The employee will be expected to spend the hours of 10 am to 12 pm at Redeemer’s eastside morning service and at least two hours on preparation and outreach to the Mustard Seeds families. Job description here. Qualified candidates please send resume to [email protected] 

Nursery Greeter (Part-time, 4 hours/week)
The East Side Nursery & PreK Coordinator is in need of an organized, responsible, relational individual who enjoys serving others and works well with a team. The greeter assists the coordinator with all aspects of setting up the 4th floor before and after the morning services. The role requires strong people skills and an administrative mindset. The East Side nursery is hiring staff for Sunday mornings. We are seeking candidates who love caring for babies and toddlers, are comfortable interacting with parents, have experience with children, and have a foundational relationship with Christ. Lincoln Square

Director of Community Life (Full-time)             
The Director of Community Life will be an integral part of the Redeemer Lincoln Square pastoral team. She will play a key role in shaping community and caring for women in the church, as well as creating an environment and culture of evangelism and public faith at Lincoln Square. This position also incorporates responsibilities which will require strong leadership, writing, public speaking, and teaching skills. The Director of Community Life is a role that is highly pastoral and relational in nature, and requires a strong desire to come alongside people in the midst of every season of life. This individual should also have a heart for learning and growing alongside others in humility. At least 5 years of past ministry experience is required. West Side, Community Group Intern (Part-time)
The Community Group Team is seeking individuals considering a career in vocational ministry to assist in the oversight of Community Groups and Beta Groups starting Summer 2019 for a one-year term. We have two intern positions available: one will have a special focus on pastoral counseling and working with the women's ministry (Job Description A); the other will have a special focus working with the faith & work ministry and launching singles initiatives (Job Description B). Applicants should possess a passion for fostering community and have experience both leading and raising other leaders. West Side, Nursery Coordinator (Part-time) 
The West Side Nursery Coordinator supervises and coordinates staffing, volunteers, programming and curriculum for all nursery services at Redeemer West Side. This person will work alongside the Children’s Ministry Director to lead a nursery ministry and other CM events that are Gospel centered, age appropriate, and fits in with the overall vision of Redeemer Children’s Ministry and Redeemer at large. West Side, Special Needs Teacher Needed (Part-time, Sunday, 2 hours/ week)
Redeemer Westside Children’s Ministry is looking to hire a part-time teacher for one to two individuals who need a one-on-one buddy during class time at the 11:30 a.m. service. These children need a grown-up who is attentive to their unique needs, and who is patient as they learn about Jesus. For the majority of the class time, these children will be in a small classroom environment, as well as spend time in a larger classroom setting for worship and praise time. The children benefit from a multi-sensory teaching approach and attention paid to their individual abilities. The position will be on an hourly basis for two hours each week. This is a great opportunity for someone who attends the 9:30 a.m. or 5 p.m. service and is looking to get involved in Children's Ministry at a staff level. Manager, NYC Evangelism and Discipleship (Full-time)

Evangelism and discipleship are foundational ministry fronts of a healthy missional church. The Evangelism & Discipleship Manager will work collaboratively with the CTC NYC team and external stakeholders to develop and deliver trainings, coaching and transferable tools for NYC pastors and evangelists. The Manager will work with churches to help activate their congregants for day to day missional living and engagement towards multiplying disciples in the diverse cultural and social contexts of NYC.
