IT Helpdesk Support (Contractor)  

Seeking contractor to support the staff of Redeemer Presbyterian Church and its partner organizations with IT helpdesk requests. Contractor will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, network, printing or software. Contractor will correspond directly with end users to diagnose problems in order to determine and implement the appropriate solution. Children’s Ministry

 

New Site, Lincoln Square Nursey Staff (Part-time, Must be available on Sundays from 9:15 a.m. to 12:15 a.m., or until 1:00 p.m. on Sundays where a Q&R is taking place after service.)

Providing a safe, fun, gospel-centered environment for children 3 & under during worship service on Sunday mornings. Youth Leader 

30 hours/week (full time option possible)

The candidate for this position will possess strong personal understanding of the gospel and the ability to convey that to others. Also vital are leadership and interpersonal skills; especially problem-solving, team building, communication and an awareness of the unique challenges of urban youth. East Side Congregation

Mustard Seeds Special Needs Teacher and Coordinator (Part-time, 8 hours/ week)

Redeemer Eastside Children’s Ministry is looking to hire a part-time co-teacher for the small but growing program for children with special needs in the Eastside Congregation. Mustard Seeds is a special needs ministry for children whose families attend the Eastside morning service.  These children learn best in a small classroom environment with a high level of adult support and a curriculum adapted to their learning needs and styles.  The children benefit from a multi-sensory teaching approach and attention paid to their individual abilities. The position will be on an hourly basis for four (8) hours each week.  The employee will be expected to spend the hours of 10 am to 12 pm at Redeemer’s eastside morning service and at least two hours on preparation and outreach to the Mustard Seeds families. Job description here. Qualified candidates please send resume to [email protected] 

 

Preschool Coordinator (Part-Time, 20 hrs/week)

The East Side Pre-School Coordinator supervises and coordinates volunteers, programming and curriculum for the pre-school age group at Redeemer east side.  This person will work alongside the Children’s Ministry Director to lead a pre-school ministry that is Gospel centered, age appropriate, and fits in with the overall vision of Redeemer Children’s Ministry and Redeemer at large. Job Description Please send resume to [email protected] 

 


West Side Congregation

Assistant Pastor/Director of Congregational Growth and Care - LSQ (Full-time)

This position is open to ordained ministers in the Presbyterian Church of America. The position oversees the congregational growth and care of the Lincoln Square congregation, focusing primarily on developing and mentoring lay leaders and volunteers, connecting new and non-believers and providing pastoral encouragement, support and resources for new lay ministry initiatives. As the Lincoln Square congregation is launched, this position will largely emphasize new growth, outreach and mobilizing lay people, but also includes a component of pastoral care, community formation and leadership in worship. This position envisions a highly collaborative, dynamic, team-based approach to ministry within the Lincoln Square staff team, across congregations and between staff and volunteers. Community Group Internship – West Side (Part-Time)

Redeemer West Side seeks an individual considering a career in vocational ministry to assist in the oversight of Community Groups and Beta Groups starting summer 2017 (ideally mid-June) for a one-year term. Ministry Coordinator – Lincoln Square (Part-Time, 20 hours/week)

Coordinates and oversees the logistics and execution of congregational life and worship for Redeemer Lincoln Square. This includes coordinating worship services, ministry events, membership and congregational care, as well as offering administrative support for the Lincoln Square staff team.
