Mumbai is another epicenter of Redeemer Church Plants and Affiliates. We would be partnering with NLF Church and the Sower of Seeds organization. Though this will be our first mission trip to this location, the leaders in this area have had long-term relationships with City to City Directors. We’re very excited about what we hope is a trip that will be repeated for many years in the future! Everyone and their unique skills can be utilized.

NLF Avatar Church is a non-denominational church in the Bandra-Khar area in Mumbai. It is part of the New Life Family of Churches. Avatar was established in early 2009 with a vision to help bring Christ centred transformation to the city of Mumbai. Avatar Church desires to join in bringing spiritual renewal to Mumbai in a way that transforms the very fabric of life in the city and impacts all of its people with the love of God in Jesus Christ. 

One of our deepest desires is that we would be a bridge connecting churches both in the U.S. and in India. As you’ve seen firsthand, the needs in India are huge and we believe that it’s going to take the Church collectively working together to see injustice stopped, to see the hungry fed, to see the orphans cared for and to see the Church brought into areas where it’s never been.
