Winter Term 2 Classes, March 2 - March 30
Exodus: More Than a Story
Instructor: Jess Hong
Time: 12:10PM-1:10PM and 5:00PM-6:00PM, 3/2-3/30, Room 506, Hunter West Building
This will be a five-week course on the book of Exodus. This course will provide a broad overview of the book and discuss the significance of it in light of Christ. It is highly recommended to read Exodus ahead of time to familiarize oneself with the history of events.
Why Work Matters
Instructor: Amilee Watkins
Time: 12:10PM-1:10PM, 3/2-3/23, Room 507, Hunter West Building
This will be a three-part class focusing upon the bookends of Scripture to help us understand the question of why God cares so much about the work that we do Monday through Friday. Led by the Leader Development Director of Center for Faith & Work, we'll explore these three topics: 1) Created to Work, 2) Loving our Work, 3) Empowered to Work.
Marriage and Family Class
Time: 9:15AM-10:15AM, Ongoing, 3rd Floor Glass Cafe, Hunter West Building
This class will discuss pertinent issues every family faces at some point. Various instructors will facilitate the class along with other parents from our congregation. Our time together will be interactive and practical, so don't miss out on this enriching time as a parent community.
