Career Coaching MinistryPurposeThe Career Coaching Ministry is an extension of the Diaconate. Our main goal is to help our clients achieve success in the workplace which will instill the values of confidence, productivity, and a sense of wholeness. We believe that God intended to use our Work to advance His kingdom. We desire to see our clients engaged in meaningful work according to God's purpose and will. This ministry is gospel driven and extends the Diaconate's vision of mercy and justice. How it WorksClients will consult with our career coaches for an initial assessment. Based on this assessment, we can provide resources in the area of resume writing, interview skills, networking, vocational training, workplace issues, etc. Clients can also participate in mock interviews, and specific workshops designed to improve skills. Those who are unsure about their career path can access a valuable career assessment tool called Career Direct. Our coaches realize that everyone has specific needs, and will work with you to gather resources in your specific area of interest. At this time, this ministry is open to Diaconate clients only.
