TestingBelow are the different types of testing and assessments currently available here at RCS. Testing fees for each assessment varies. Career Direct: Whether you're changing careers or planning for college, whether you're in mid-life or mid-teens, this test will point you in the right direction. The test was developed to help you see the unique design God has given you, which is expressed through your personality, vocational interests, skills and values. You will receive a 34-page report after completing the 2-hour assessment. Prepare/Enrich Inventories: For couples who are married, engaged or those who are seriously dating and considering engagement. The inventories explore the couple's relationship strength and growth areas, teach useful communication and conflict resolution skills as well as plan for their future together. The inventory is now offered online and takes 30-45 min. to complete. Follow-up sessions are recommended. Taylor-Johnson Temperament Analysis: This widely used, quick, and convenient test measures nine dichotomous personality traits that influence personal, social, scholastic, and vocational functioning. It takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. Available to teens and adults. 16PF: This is a classic test, which measures the 16 personality factors identified by Cattell more than 40 years ago. Designed for individuals age 15 and older, the test includes 185 items on the following scales: warmth, reasoning, emotional stability, dominance, liveliness, rule-consciousness, social boldness, sensitivity, vigilance, abstractedness, sense of privacy, apprehension, openness to change, self-reliance, perfectionism, tension. Approximately 30-50 minutes to complete. Biblical Personality Profile: It follows the DISC model of behavioral analysis and contains 33 pages of dynamic information. The 24-question profile takes only 7 minutes to complete and accurately measures behavioral styles while helping respondents discover their personal strengths and weaknesses. Meyers-Briggs Inventory: It is a widely used personality inventory, which aids in making important business, career, or personal decisions. The 93 items determine preferences on 4 scales: Extraversion-Introversion, Sensing-Intuition, Thinking-Feeling, and Judging-Perceiving. The various combinations result in 16 personality types. It is written at a 7th grade reading level and is designed for individuals age 14 and older. Additional assessments available |
