What kinds of counseling do you offer?

We see a wide variety of people for individual, pre-marital, marital and family counseling. See "What We Provide" under "Services."

How do I make an appointment with a counselor?

Please visit the page "Getting Started". Fill out the appropriate forms and either fax or mail them to us. When we receive your forms, we will assign a counselor and the counselor will contact you to schedule your first appointment. They do all of their own scheduling. Please note we are unable to accept walk-in appointments and cannot guarantee same-day appointments.

How many sessions do I need?

Because each case is different, your counselor will ascertain your needs and discuss a treatment plan with you.

Do you take any health insurance?

No, we are not able to accept insurance, however we do provide a letter of receipt for you to file with your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

What are your fees?

Our fees are $150 for a 50-minute session, however we do have a sliding scale based on your income level. For more info, see Sessions & Fees.

Do you accept credit cards?

No, we are not able to accept any credit cards, only cash or checks (checks made payable to "Redeemer" with your counselors name in the memo box.) Payment is due at each session.

What if I am running late to my session?

Please contact your counselor directly using the main RCS number plus the 3-digit extension for your counselor. Leaving a message on the Reception line will not ensure that your counselor being notified.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?

You must notify your counselor 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in being charged in full for the session. Please cancellation policy under "Sessions & Fees".

Do you have a psychiatrist at RCS?

We have a consulting psychiatrist who visits our office twice a month on Wednesday evenings. We also have a network of psychiatrists for referrals.

How can I sign up for your seminars?

We are only able to accept online registrations. Please visit our registration page for a list of current seminars.
