Career Direction Services

Are there jobs out there that I might like better than the one I have now?
What other kinds of work can I do, now that I've lost my job?
How can I make my current job more interesting?
Where do I start my career search after college or grad school?

If you have been asking these questions, you are not alone! Whether you are starting a new career or seeking to refine your current career path, the process can be challenging.

For this reason, many individuals have turned to psychometric instruments for help in their career development. Psychometric instruments are assessment inventories that help you better understand aspects of yourself, such as your personality, interests, skills and values. These tools can be invaluable resources for your career search--the more you know about yourself the better equipped you will be to find work that is fulfilling and fruitful.

Redeemer Counseling's Career Direction Services offers career counseling and workshops that use a selection of psychometric instruments to help you begin or deepen your career exploration. Below is a summary of our assessments, workshops and services. Please click on the right hand menu for more information and to register online.
