Duties will include (1) oversight of the property management company who will be providing building custodial, cleaning and security officers, (2) managing and maximizing both Redeemer ministry use and external non-profit rental use of the property, and (3) recruiting, managing, and scheduling front desk staff, (4) developing policies and procedures for the building with assistance from the property management company and Redeemer staff. Responsible for the overall financial and operational performance of the building. Goals for the position will be to maximize customer service, rental use and building safety, while minimizing liability and building violations. Building will be busy during the evenings and weekends, so flexible work schedule and ability to work some night and weekend shifts, in lieu of daytime shifts is a must. Qualifications: Experience in hospitality, construction management, building management and/or sales and event planning is required. Candidates not possessing all skills may be augmented by the property management company and other staff members. Downtown Launch Manager (Downtown Congregation) Redeemer Presbyterian Church (RPC) is seeking an experienced project manager / strategic planner to organize and execute multiple initiatives leading to the launch of the Downtown congregation, including but not limited to communications, search for facilities, children's ministry, outreach, prayer and worship. This is a temporary position. Candidate will work with Lead Pastor to coordinate the launch at least one service by the end of 2012. Tasks will include developing, maintaining, and supporting multiple volunteer teams to oversee the various launch initiatives. Candidate will also be responsible for developing and defining project plans and tasks, including resource and budget requirements. Other responsibilities include developing a launch plan and calendar, planning and scheduling project timelines and tracking progress, and reporting results regularly to management (Lead Pastors, Exec Team, Elder Team, Downtown Congregation, etc).
